Please note: Until the booking amount reflects in our accounts, all confirmations will be treated as tentative and may lead to booking cancellation if payment is not made by or before the due date provided.
Travellers are solely responsible for any mishap, theft, loss, injuries, or illegal activities such as carrying banned drugs or engaging in unlawful acts during the tour.
To secure your reservation, you must make 25% of the total invoice amount as an advance. The remaining balance should be paid 2 days before the date of arrival or on the day of arrival.
If the guest wants to pay through any kind of card, a 2.65% bank charge will be applicable extra.
If the payment is not received by the due date, we may treat the booking as cancelled.
For 4* and 5* properties, the full booking amount should be transferred before confirmation. Cancellation will be strictly followed as per the hotel policies.
Flight cancellation charges will be as per the airline's policy. Full payment for flight tickets is required at the time of booking (if flight is availed).
Rates are valid for 1 week from the date of the quote.
Any cost arising out of bandh, natural calamities, or any act of God shall be borne by the traveler.
Proper ID proofs must be carried by all travelers.
